* W ill be reduced by too small a drive gap and increased
by too large a drive gap.
W ill be increased by a reduced moving coil current peak pulse.
Signal Reduction due to
a. A small non-drive gap; having a tendency
to drive tape at both capstans.
b. Worn pin in capstan drive pulley.
c. Pressure pad adjustment.
Keep this reduction at a minimum
The signal level should be stable by 7-1/2
msec.
