remove the ribbon cartridge from the printer.

Installing Ribbon Cartridge

To install a new ribbon cartridge, follow these steps:

1.

Get a new ribbon cartridge and remove it from the package. Locate the ribbon
guide, white plastic snap arm, ribbon advance knob, and the ribbon mounting
pins.
