Fan Out Cables

Serial Fan Out Cables (FOCs) provide eight RS-232 interfaces. The
FO8 DB-25 has eight male DTE connectors (see Figure 3 below).

DB-25 Fan Out Cable to Device Cabling

Figures 4 through 6 show the pin outs required to make a cable to go
between the DB-25 FOC ports and your terminals, printers, modems,
etc.
