Chapter 3: Using the OSCAR Interface

Configuration from the Setup Window

By default, anyone with physical access to a local user station connected to the rack console switch
can perform configuration from the Setup window within the OSCAR interface.

Figure 3.3: Setup window

If the Admin account is configured, a regular user‘s access to configuration windows from the Setup
window is restricted.
