FAN1: CPU Fan Power Connector
FAN1 is a 3-pin header for the CPU fan. The fan must be a 12V fan.

J1 is a 3-pin header for the Wake On LAN function which will function
properly only with an ATX power supply with 5VSB that has 200mA.
