Note

Please note that the terms "in" and "out" refer to the point of the PROFIBUS master’s

view, i.e. "out" means signals being transmitted from the PROFIBUS master (e. g. SI-

MATIC S7) to the ibaBM-DP device, "in" vice versa.

Both slaves are always used with the same mode.

The file names of the GSD files which come with our PROFIBUS products had been

renamed for standardization purposes (eff. 10/2005).
If you still use the old files please refer to the following table for reference.
