For further configuration activities, open the I/O Manager as described in the next chap-

ter.

10.2 Adding I/O modules

Start ibaPDA, open the I/O Manager and proceed as follows:

1.

Select the "Backplane bus" link in the I/O Manager. Right-click the link to open a

submenu. Select "Autodetect".

If ibaPDA detects the device automatically, the device and the connected modules

are listed in the module tree.

2.

If ibaPDA does not detect the modules automatically, you can add the modules man-

ually.

3.

Right-click the "Backplane bus" link.
