Risks during operation

3.2.1

Careful hot surface

WARNING

Even when the general safety instructions are followed, some small residual risks
remain when operating a machine that creates steam.

•

DO NOT

touch the steam lance below the blue handle. The risk of burns is minimal,

comparable with a running hot tap.

•

DO NOT

operate barefoot, wear closed shoes while operating the machine.

The gum remover solution

WARNING

The water based i-gum

gum remover solution does not provide significant hazards,

however, please be aware of these general safety rules:

•

Keep locked up and out of reach of children.

•

Keep away from food, drink and animal feedstuffs.

•

When swallowed, seek medical advice immediately and show the bottle.

DO NOT

induce vomiting.

Personal protection

CAUTION

Can be irritating to the eyes, wear eye protection and use caution when filling.

CAUTION

Clean your hands immediately after filling or draining the machine.

CAUTION

The water-based cleaning solution is non-corrosive, no special footwear is required.
However, the solution is heated to steam, and it is recommended to wear closed shoes.

3.2.4

Mark the job site

WARNING

During operation the gum remover solution can cause slippery patches on the floor, it is
advised to mark the job site to warn passersby.
