“Advanced(Fixed GOP 60s w/1s key-frame)”
(Operating Instructions - Configure the settings relating to images and audio
[Image/Audio] - Configure the settings relating to Stream [Image])
The information in the notes has been changed due to the relaxation of frame rate restrictions
during GOP control.
Stream(1)/Stream(2)
[Smart Coding] - [Smart VIQS]
Maintains high image quality in the area where there are objects (people’s heads, bodies, vehicles and
two-wheel vehicles), and maintains low/medium image quality in other areas while transmitting images in
a way that reduces the data volume.
•
Off
: Does not use Smart VIQS.
•
On
(High): Maintains high image quality in the area where there are objects (people’s heads,
bodies,
vehicles and two-wheel vehicles), and maintains low image quality in other areas while
transmitting images in a way that reduces the data volume.
•
On
(Low):
Maintains
high image
quality in the area where there are objects (people’s heads,
bodies, vehicles and two-wheel vehicles), and maintains medium image quality in other areas
while transmitting images in a way that reduces the data volume.
Default
: Off
Note:
•
This feature can only be used for “Stream(1)”. When “On(High)” or “On(Low)” is selected,
the settings for VIQS configured on the [Image quality] tab will be disabled.
•
When Smart VIQS is set to On(High) or On(Low), the frame rate is limited up to 7.5 fps (up
to 6.25 fps in the 12.5 fps mode)
or up to 15 fps (up to 12.5 fps in the 25 fps
mode)
regardless of the set frame rate.
[Smart Coding] - [Smart P-picture control]
To reduce the data volume, generation of data (macroblocks) in areas other than where there are objects
(people’s heads, bodies, vehicles and two-wheel vehicles) will be limited as much as possible.
•
Off
: Does not use Smart P-picture control.
•
On
: To reduce the data volume, generation of p-picture data in areas other than where there are
objects (people’s heads, bodies, vehicles and two-wheel vehicles) will be limited as much as possible.
Default
: Off
Note:
•
This feature can only be used for “Stream(1)”. When “On” is selected, the settings for VIQS
