When done listening, move the Power ON/OFF Switch to the OFF position (left) to turn the unit
off. Remember to turn off your audio device, too.
TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Unit doesn’t respond (no power)
Make sure unit is completely charged.
Check that all connections are correct and properly plugged in.
Make sure your device is properly paired with the iSB-5001.
Make sure the Power ON/OFF Switch switch is not in the OFF (left) position.
Resetting the Unit
If the unit is “frozen” or locks up, you may wish to reset it. To do so, turn the unit ON and press
the end of paperclip or similar into the reset port on the back of the unit for less than 2 seconds
to reset it without clearing Bluetooth settings. The unit will reset and power back on. (If pressed
for longer than 2 seconds, the unit will reset but will not power back on.)
To reset Bluetooth settings, turn unit ON then press and hold the Bluetooth Pairing Button on
the back of the unit for 8 seconds. The light will flash red rapidly and a tone will sound. You will
then need to re-pair any previously linked devices.

Make sure you have the latest firmware for your device.
Make sure your device is working properly. Check your device’s manual for details on Bluetooth
pairing and linking.

Ensure the unit is switched off and unplugged form any electrical outlet
Wipe the case with a slightly moist, lint-free cloth.
Do not use any cleaning fluids containing alcohol, ammonia or abrasives.
Do not spray an aerosol at or near the radio.
Do not allow liquids to spill or objects to drop into any openings.
Always use original packaging if it is necessary to transport the unit at any time.
If this unit is used in a dusty environment, it may be necessary to have the unit serviced at your
local dealer periodically.it is not advisable to allow large deposits of dust to accumulate within the
unit as it may prevent adequate cooling. Similarly dust deposits which become damp can sometime
lead to electrical problems which may cause severe damage to the delicate electronics within this
unit.
