1. SAFETY
DANGER!
NEVER breathe air from the air compressor. The air may
contain carbon monoxide, toxic vapours, and/or solid particles.
Compressed air will damage your lungs and may cause injury
or death.
1.1 OPERATOR SAFETY
WARNING!
ALWAYS inspect air compressor, air hose, and air tools for damage or
obstruction before each use. Repair or replace damaged items before
use.
ALWAYS operate air compressor in a well-ventilated area free of
combustible or flammable materials.
ALWAYS operate air compressor in an open area at least 12 inches away
from any wall or obstruction that could restrict airflow.
NEVER operate the air compressor in an enclosed area.
NEVER move air compressor while power switch is set to ON.
NEVER point any nozzle or sprayer toward yourself or another person.
ALWAYS wear certified eye and ear protection. Long durations of use
may contribute to hearing loss.
ALWAYS wear certified breathing masks to reduce the risk of inhaling
harmful particles and vapours. Sprayed materials such as paint or
solvents contain harmful vapours and poisons.
ALWAYS keep air compressor at least 20 feet away while spraying
flammable materials.
ALWAYS keep flammable materials in a secure location away from the air
compressor.
NEVER restrict ventilation openings of the air compressor. This may
cause overheating and fire.
NEVER touch exposed motor or pump components during or
immediately after use of the air compressor. These components will
remain hot for some time after shutdown.
Condensation will form inside the air tank. Make sure to completely
drain condensed water from the tank after each use to prevent rust and
thinning of air tank.
ALWAYS use ear and eye protection when draining the air tank, escaping
air may contain moisture and debris.
All air tools have a recommended air pressure. Operating an air tool
