5. MAINTENANCE
WARNING!
Shut OFF the air compressor, unplug from the power source,
drain the air tank, and allow one hour to cool after use before any
maintenance is performed.
Proper maintenance is important to ensure safe and trouble-free operation. Improper
maintenance or neglect may cause malfunction leading to serious injuries or death.
Regular maintenance will improve performance and extend the service life of the air
compressor. Maintain the air compressor according to the maintenance schedule
below.
5.1 MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
NOTE
Service more frequently when used in dusty conditions, high
temperatures, or under heavy loads.
The air compressor should only be serviced by an authorized service
center unless you have the proper tools and are mechanically proficient.
Before Each Use or Daily
General Inspection
Check Safety Relief Valve
Check Air Intake Filter
Drain Water Condensation in Air Tank
Check Oil Level
After First 50-hrs, Then Every 100-hrs or Yearly
Change Oil
