• If the oil level falls below a safe limit, the low oil indicator light (Red) comes on
and the engine will be automatically stopped. If the engine stops or the low
oil indicator light comes on when you pull the starter grip, check the engine oil
level before troubleshooting in other areas. (Refer to Fig.)
• A hot engine will not start if there is too much gasoline in the cylinder. If this
happens, wait for 5 to 10 minutes for the engine to cool down before starting.
• The engine will stop automatically when it is out of gasoline.
• When the output indicator light (green) does not light and the overload indicator
light (red) lights instead, set the engine switch to STOP, stop the engine at once
and then start the engine again.
• If the engine stops and cannot be restarted, check oil level before troubleshoot-
ing other possibilities.
• Ensure ECON switch is off before turning on any connected devices.
