Sensor zero and full-scale

The sensor zero and full-scale values for conversion to engineering units must be
specified in Harvest, and they should match those in the sensor itself.

The warm-up time should be set for long enough to allow the sensor to power up
and get a stable reading. This varies for different sensor. Long warm-up times
should be avoided since they waste battery power.
