Maintenance and Servicing Manual

FAM 200 FluidAqua Mobil

•

Open the shut-off fitting on the return side of the tank.

•

Start up the FAM again.

•

Switch off the FAM-200 after ca. 3 minutes.

•

Check the suction filter for leaking.

5.9

Changing the Filter Elementsof the Fine filter (10)

5.9.1 Before Removing the Filter Elements

•

Switch off the unit at the

key.

•

Close the ball valve at the inlet of the unit (1).

•

Close the shut-off fitting on the return side of the tank.

5.9.2 Removing the Filter Elements

Relieve the pressure to the filter housing. Carefully open the air-
vent plug in the cover using a size 10 mm Allen wrench.

The plug contains an air-vent slit — don't unscrew it

completely.

Open the drainage valve on the dirt side and capture any exiting
fluid (make sure to adhere to occupational safety and
environmental protection rules and regulations).
Close the drainage valve when fluid ceases to exit.

Undo the quick-action fastener between the cover and top-most
mid section using a size 13 open-ended wrench.

Remove the cover and set it on a clean surface.

Undo all star knobs

and remove the element retaining plate

Remove all the filter elements and dispose of them properly.
