Maintenance and Servicing Manual

FAM 200 FluidAqua Mobil

Checking and Cleaning the Level Switch of the Vacuum Pump (21)

Tools needed:

•

Philips head screwdrivers, PH#2 + PH#3

Steps:

Remove the blue paneling.

Remove the plug from the level switch.

Pull out the level switch:

•

Remove the 4 retaining screws, then pull out the level
sensor.

Check the level switch for dirt build-up and damage. If

necessary, clean it.

Check the function of the float switch(es) at the inputs of the

PLC. (See picture below.) The main switch of the FAM has
to be in the ON position.

Reassemble components in reverse order.
