Aquamicron
The filter elements of the Aquami-
cron series are characterized by
their high dust holding capacity of
the glass fiber layers used and a
high water retention capacity. The
glass fiber structure and the pleated
design of the elements make a high
flow rate possible and, through that,
high dedusting speeds due to the
high circulation rate and a constant
level of purity over the process cy-
cle at high and low dust ingress
rates and also a low differential
pressure at start. The Aquamicron
filter elements bind the water in
through a chemical reaction. The
reaction is irreversible, that means
that the water is also retained in the
filter element at increasing pres-
sure.
AquaSensor AS1000 Series
The AquaSensor AS 1000 is used
for online detection of water in oils,
particularly as OEM sensor for con-
dition monitoring (Condition Moni-
toring). It records the percentage of
water relative to saturation concen-
tration and gives it the saturation
level as 4 ... 20 mA signal off. Alter-
natively, the AS 1000 is equipped
with two-parameterizable switching
outputs. In the default settings, they
are switched in case of a saturation
level of 60% (SP2 – warning) and
80% (SP1 – alarm). In addition, AS
1000 measures the fluid tempera-
ture and also gives this as 4 ... 20
mA Signal off. AS 1000 enables a
continuous monitoring of hydraulics
and lubricating oils, precise, perma-
nent and online.
