Select the different operating modes with the different parameters on the user
interface on the CTM-SC and start this via release from the user interface or via
the foot switch, depending on the setting.
The required flow rate and the required volume of the test liquid for testing can
be set on the user interface on the CTM-SC. The volume is monitored by a flow
rate meter. If the set volume has been conveyed, the directional valve is closed.
The test liquid in the analysis chamber is drawn through the filter membrane in
the filter membrane holder by a vacuum.
The filling level of the test liquid in the storage container is monitored by a level
sensor. If the max. filling level is reached in the storage container, the flow
through the CTM-SC module is stopped until the minimum is reached or the
residual volume can be accepted by the storage container.
Clean the storage container before beginning a contamination test series with
the "Flushing of inner chamber" operating mode with a predefined filling volume.
