•  Install new blade (G) making certain teeth of saw blade are pointing down at the front and re- assemble outside 

blade flange (F), washer (E) and arbor screw (D). Turn arbor (D) clockwise to tighten.

•  Replace saw blade cover that was remove in step 2.

MAKE SURE ARBOR LOCK (C) IS DISENGAGED AND 8 MM HEX WRENCH IS REMOVED BEFORE 

TURNING ON THE POWER.

The stationary vise can be positioned by loosening the adjustment bolts (G), sliding the fence (H) to the desired 

position and retightening the bolts. The maximum width capacity is approximately 7-1/4" at 90° and 5" at 45°.

The vise angle can be adjusted from 0

0

 to 45° right.

Loosen the adjustment bolts on the vise (G), then set the vise to the desired angle. Tighten the two bolts. The 

moveable vise (F) will automatically align.

When the saw head is pressed down, the big blade guard and small blade guard separate to cut the material.

Loosen the screw (A), take out the chip tray (B) and clear it. Replace the tray and tighten the screw.
