Do not use sharp tools or aggressive cleaning agents, including concentrated
dishwashing liquids, milks and scrubbing pastes, to clean heavy dirt.
The device may only be cleaned with a dry cloth, brush or paper towel. In case of heavy
dirt you can use a slightly damp cloth and let the device dry after cleaning.

Check the correct connection to the power supply.
Check whether the electrical outlet is damaged - select another one.
Check that the plug or power cord is not damaged.
If the problem persists, contact the manufacturer's service department.
STORAGE OF EQUIPMENT
If you are not going to use the device for a long time, after disconnecting it from the
power supply store it in a dry room away from heat and moisture sources. It is best to
place the device in its original packaging, away from children and pets.
TRANSPORT OF THE DEVICE
When handling, only carry the unit after it has been switched off, holding it securely by
the housing, once it has cooled down. Do not expose the device to high temperatures
or moisture.
It is recommended to transport the device in its original packaging. Do not expose the
unit to excessive vibration or shock during transportation.
12. WARRANTY AND SERVICE
The product is covered by a 2-year warranty, counting from the date of sale of the
product. If you need to make use of a warranty claim, please contact the
manufacturer's helpline or point of sale. The product returned for warranty claim
should be complete and best in its original packaging.
