4.5.1.9 Lot Specific Values
4.6 Re-Loading
The window Lot Specific Values, if selected
in the assay-protocol, includes the lot data entered
before the start of the worklist, the reagents used
and the test kits.
To insert a new plate during a running worklist, this
can be done by re-loading.
1.
Input of additional patient (bar coded or non-
bar coded):
Bar coded patients:
First, insert the bar coded patient samples and
then assign the assays in the Patient Editor
(see chapter 4.2.2 on page 4-4) . Processed sample
racks (red flashing LED) may be removed.
Non-bar codedNon-bar coded patients:
First, enter the additional patients in the
Patient Editor
(see chapter 4.2.1 on page 4-2) .
2. Select the item Edit | Panel Definition.
The Set-up Panel dialog box appears show-
ing the current plate panel.
3. Define additional plate panel via the Add
Plate, Add Assay and Add Patient but-
tons
(see chapter 4.3.3 on page 4-8) .
4. After definition of the additional plate panel, click
on the OK button.
5. Enter all Lot Specific Values (see
chapter 4.3.4 on page 4-8) .
After confirmation of the lot-specific data, the Load
dialogue box appears (possible during incubation
phases) or the system specifies that the system is
currently busy. The times for loading resources and
plates are depicted in the worklist schedule.
When the specified time is over, select the item
Edit | Panel Definition once more. The
Load dialogue box appears.
