Principle of laser beam alignment 

C-FLEX  beam  combiner  alignment  can  be  complicated  and  requires  some  experience  with  laser  beam 

alignment. In this section the principles of beam alignment are discussed in detail.  

 

Two pin-hole technique 

Alignment of the C-FLEX can be done by using two pin holes or targets to adjust the beam position and the 

beam angle. The pin hole closest to the light source is used for beam position adjustments and the second pin 

hole is used for angular adjustments.
