11. Filling coolant liquid

Improper coolant will cause damage for the machine

Please refer to the coolant requirements

Coolant capacity of the cooling system is 20 liters, the specific capacity depends on the length of the integrated cable.
Firstly, pour coolant into power until the bucket is filled. Power indicator of cutting power panel and liquid level

indicator should be on; water pump in cutting power supply starts to work, then the liquid flow indicator is lit. (If the cable

length is longer (more than 50 meters), the cooling fluid level will decrease and panel liquid level indicator will be

extinguished after the pump works for a while, then the water pump stops working. In this case, please turn off the power,

fill cooling liquid into the bucket again, and turn on power supply until the coolant flow is normal, panel liquid flow indicator

is lit.

Finally, turn off the power; fill the cooling fluid into the bucket and cover bucket.

12. Setting of gas supply

Start the gas supply equipment, open the gas supply switch. Turn on the power, the pressure indicator of cutting power

panel should be lighted. If the pressure is less than 0.2Mpa, the air pressure indicator will not be lighted, need to check the

gas supply.

Place the gas control switch to "check gas" position, adjust the plasma gas and protecting gas pressure to make the

output pressure or flow satisfy cutting requirements (please see the cutting table for regulated value), after adjustment,
