Plasma source positioning
When carry by forklift, the forked plate must long enough to hold the whole machine, lightly up and down,
slowly move;
Put the machine in a dry and clean place. If install the machine on beam of a machine tool, do fix it well in
case of dropping. No covering on the whole machine for ventilating and repairing;
Do not install any filter device on air inlet, or the cooling efficiency will be affected;
Don’t put the plasma source on the tilting space more than 10°
