Controlling a Conference 

The VP9660 provides a variety of conference control functions. You can use these functions 
on the SMC2.0 web interface or by operating the endpoint remote control. 

Conference Control Functions on the SMC2.0 

To use conference control functions on the SMC2.0 web interface: 

Choose 

Conference Report

 > 

Scheduled Conference

Select an ongoing conference and click the required conference control buttons to control the 
conference. For details about the conference control buttons, see the

Conference Control Functions on the Endpoint 

You can use the endpoint remote control to control a conference, such as specifying the 
continuous presence mode and video feeds. 

On the remote control: 

 

Press the 

4

 or 

6

 key to view all the participants in turn except the local participant. 

 

Press the 

2

 or 

8

 key to change the continuous presence mode.
