6 System Operation and Maintenance

1.

 

Close the valves on the external water inlet and outlet pipes and open the drainage needle 
valve to drain water through the drainpipe. 

2.

 

Open the needle valves on the water inlet pipe and the drainpipe, and close the external 
water inlet and outlet pipes to drain water into a bucket. 

Step 6

 

Replace the old chilled water valve. Install the new valve in the reverse order of the removal. 
Ensure that the arrow on the valve and the T port on the valve plug face the original directions. 
Then wrap thermal insulation foam. 

 

 

After the installation, insulate pipes with thermal foam. 

Step 7

 

Open the rear door, installation the air filter, and turn on the AC1 and AC2 switches. 

Step 8

 

Power on the device, choose 

Maint

 > 

Diagnostic Mode

 > 

Enter

 on the home screen, set the 

chilled water valve opening to an appropriate value, and ensure that no water leaks. Then exit 
from the diagnostic mode. 

Step 9

 

Choose 

Maint

 > 

Performance Maint

 on the home screen to access the 

Performance Maint

 

screen. Then clear the chilled water valve runtime.

6.4.15 Replacing the Controller Panel 

Prerequisites 

 

The controller panel needs to be replaced. 

 

A spare LCD with the correct software version is available. If the LCD software is 
incorrect, upgrade the software by following the instructions in the 

ACC Software 

Upgrade Guide

. 

Context 

Recommended tool: Phillips screwdriver 

Preparation: Maintain from the front door. 

Procedure 

Step 1

 

Tap 

Shutdown

 on the LCD home screen. 

 

 

Exercise caution because the device is still energized after it is shut down on the LCD. 

Step 2

 

Open the front door with caution to prevent damaging the controller cables.
