5 System Operation and Maintenance

5.4 Parts Replacement

After replacing any part, verify that the new part works properly.

5.4.1 Replacing Indoor Unit Components

5.4.1.1 Replacing an Air Filter

Prerequisites



An air filter needs to be replaced.



A spare air filter of the same model is available and functional.

Procedure

Step 1

Open the front door.

Step 2

Loosen the two screws on the air filter by hand, and remove the air filter.

Step 3

Install the new air filter and secure it.

Step 4

Close and lock the front door.

Step 5

Choose

Maintain

Performance Maintain

on the home screen and clear the total runtime

of the air filter.

Prerequisites



A humidifier water pump needs to be replaced.



A spare humidifier water pump of the same model is available and functional.
