Port

Description

TEM[0:4]

Five ports connect to temperature sensors.

Power port

The port receives 220 V AC power supply.

10.12.3 Port Description for the ECC Collector

Before connecting cables, get familiar with the ports on the ECC collector.

The following describes the configuration principles for the ECC collector:



An ECC with standard configurations consists of a main control module, a power
module, an RS485 communication card, and an AI/DI expansion card.



You can add RS485 communication cards and AI/DI expansion cards based on site
requirements. A maximum of three RS485 communication cards or AI/DI expansion
cards can be configured.



Independent AI/DI modules can only connect to COM4 and COM5 ports on the RS485
communication cards in slot 3 or 4. A maximum of two AI/DI modules can be connected
to a COM4 or COM5 port, with an AI/DI module address being 1 or 2.



If two RS485 communication cards are configured, a maximum of eight AI/DI modules
can be configured.
