1.20 Why doesn't the Bluetooth headset have any sound?

1.

Check whether the phone and the Bluetooth headset are connected.

2.

Check whether the Bluetooth headset doesn't generate any sound in calls or can't play
music. If the music can't be played, check whether the Bluetooth headset supports music
playback. Generally, monaural Bluetooth headsets in the market don't support music
playback over Bluetooth.

3.

Connect the Bluetooth headset to another phone. Check whether the same problem
occurs. You can also search for the solutions on the Internet.
