1.11 Why is the connection to the Wi-Fi network
interrupted?
Use your phone near the router. If this often happens, restart your phone and the router.
1.12 Why can't I enable Wi-Fi?
In Settings , turn off Wi-Fi and then turn it back on to check whether the problem is solved. If
not, turn on airplane mode and turn it back off and then restart the phone to check whether
Wi-Fi can be turned on normally.
1.13 Why can't I disable Wi-Fi?
In Settings , turn off Wi-Fi. If Wi-Fi can't be turned off, restart the phone.
1.14 Why can't my phone connect to a router over Wi-Fi?
Depending on the issue, please take appropriate action:

The Wi-Fi password is incorrect
− Please check that you have input the password correctly. Be careful when entering
special characters. It is recommended that you select
Show password while entering
the password (the eye icon to the right of the text box).
− If you are certain that you input the correct password, try changing the router's Wi-Fi
password to a numerical password, for example "12345678".
− If your phone is still unable to authenticate with the router after changing to a
numerical password, please restart your phone and try again.

The device is rejected by the network: If you are on a home network, try disabling the
MAC address filter on your router. Try restarting the router if you are still unable to
connect. If you are connecting to a public hotspot, try making repeated attempts to
connect. If you still cannot connect then switch to another hotspot.

Too many connections: Try connecting again. If you are connecting to a public hotspot,
try using a different hotspot.

Disabled (network problem): If the router doesn't let the phone obtain an IP address, try
reconnecting or restarting the router. If you are connecting to a public hotspot, switch to
another hotspot if you experience network issues.

Cannot connect using a third-party app: If you are unable to connect to a Wi-Fi network
using a third-party key manager app, this could be because the app cannot find the right
Wi-Fi password in its database. It is recommended that you enter the correct password
directly in your phone's Wi-Fi settings.
You may experience connectivity problems when using public hotspots, which can sometimes be
overcrowded. It is recommended that you connect your phone to a home network to verify that Wi-Fi is
working properly.
