The SMS modem is deactivated.

Install the modem drive program.

For details, see the documents delivered with the modem.

Normally there is no need to install the modem drive program. Install it if required according to the
documents delivered with the modem.

12.9 Connecting the Ground Cables for the Smart Module

The grounding system of the Smart Module must be a TN-S or TN-C-S system. The ground
resistor between the equipment ground cable and data center ground bar must be less than 0.1
ohm.

12.9.1 Grounding Cabinets

M-type Grounding

Cabinets are grounded by cables connected from the main ground copper bars shown by (2) in

Figure 12-20

to the nearby ground grid.
