Step 7 Secure the new compressor using a solid wrench.
Step 8 Weld the suction inlet and exhaust outlet with the compressor using a welding
torch.
NO TICE
● During welding, use a silver copper welding rod containing 5% silver. Check
that the welding joints are in good condition, without poor welding.
● To avoid burning the internal components, other pipes, thermal insulation
foam, cables, and labels, take protective measures, such as spreading wet cloth,
around the welding joints.
● Do not use face-down bonding when welding.
Step 9 Install the refrigerant oil heating belt and ground cable for the compressor, install
the cable trough, install the compressor cables, and install the cover.
NO TICE
Ensure that the phase sequence of the compressor input cable is consistent with
that on the compressor label. Otherwise, the compressor may be damaged.
Step 10 Perform a leakage test with nitrogen.
Step 11 After checking that the smart cooling product does not leak, vacuumize the smart
cooling product and fill the refrigerant.
Step 12 Check that the compressor cable phase sequence is correct, power on the unit,
and tap Start on the home screen.
Step 13 Choose Maint > Diagnostic > Enter to check the system pressure and
temperature and ensure the refrigerant is charged with an optimal status. Ensure
that the system is running normally without alarms.
Step 14 Choose Maint > Performance Maint on the home screen of the display module to
access the performance maintenance screen, and clear the runtime of the
compressor.
