43. IF we don’t have the battery installing jig ,Wear
a pair of
anti-skid ESD gloves
and hold the phone
between your palms. Apply force along the battery
cover and use friction to snap the clips in place.
To
avoid distorting the clips:
a. Before you push the battery cover, make sure it is
smoothly installed.
b. When you are pushing the battery cover, try to
apply force evenly.
44. Check whether the gaps between the battery cover
and front cover comply with the standard.
45. Remove the release paper from the adhesive on
the lower part of the front cover.
46. Place the decoration on the phone, as shown in the
left figure. Fasten the battery cover side of the
decoration then the TP side.
Criteria: The decoration is properly installed to the
phone, without mismatch.
