8 Assembly Procedure

21. Install the USB port plastic support and metal
support. Fold the FPC over and do not pull the FPC.
22. Insert the upper part of the receiver FPC into the
front cover.
Align the FPC with the positioning pins on the front
cover.
Press the buckle of the upper part of the FPC.
Press the buckle of the lower part of the FPC.
23. Remove the release paper from the lower part of
the receiver FPC, attach it by aligning it with the
two positioning pins in the battery compartment,
turn the securing screws in using the screwdriver
with the torque of 0.6–0.7 kgf*cm.
24. Remove the release paper from the ground spot of
the receiver FPC, fasten the receiver BTB connector to
the PCBA, and attach the FPC to the USB port metal
support.
Criteria: The BTB connector is properly fastened to the
PCBA.
25. Remove the release paper from the secondary
microphone on the receiver FPC. Install the
secondary microphone rubber.
Criteria: The rubber is correctly and securely
26. Install the coaxial cable.
1. Check that the switches on the PCB and sub-board are
properly installed without deviation, breakage, slantwise
core, or foreign materials.
2. Check that the cable connectors are normal.
3. Secure the RF connector of the cable using the RF
switch wrench, as shown in the first figure.
4. Insert the RF connector into the socket on the PCBA.
