Scenario 5: A dual-mode base station supporting not more than three sectors for each

A dual-mode base station supports not more than three sectors for each band and is configured
with MRFUs, GRFUs (or DRFUs), and WRFUs. MRFUs and WRFUs are preferentially
positioned in the slots in cabinet 1. GRFUs (or DRFUs) are preferentially positioned in the slots
in cabinet 2.
