6.4 Why can't my band connect to my phone over
Bluetooth?

If your band cannot connect to your phone over Bluetooth, try the following:

Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. Place the band and the phone close
together and try connecting again.

Check whether you have chosen the correct Bluetooth device name on your phone.

If the band still cannot connect to the phone, restart the band and the phone and try again.

6.5 Why can't I monitor my heart rate?

The accuracy of the heart rate monitor is affected by a number of factors, such as physical
factors, the way you are wearing the band, and also whether or not you are moving.



Make sure that both the band and your wrist are dry and clean.



Make sure that the band is correctly attached to your wrist.

6.6 What should I do if my band fails to charge?

If the band fails to charge, try the following:



Before charging the band, wipe the charging port dry to prevent stains or water on the
metal contacts from causing a short circuit or other hazard.



Make sure that the charging cradle and band are firmly attached during charging.
