Yes if your phone is connected to a 3G network, but no if your phone is connected to a 2G
network.

2.8.12 What restrictions are on the data service (for example,
the CDMA dual-card phone cannot connect to a GSM
network)?

Your phone supports GSM, WCDMA, and FDD LTD networks, but does not support the
CDMA2000 data service.

2.8.13 What does a VPN do? How do I set VPN parameters?

A virtual private network (VPN) extends a private network across a public network. It is used
as a private network to connect medium and large enterprises or groups.
