5.2.2 Measurement Menu
Within this menu, it is possible to enable/disable different objects on the image, in order to
prepare an advanced analysis of the temperature measurement. The instrument is
provided with:
➢
1 fixed cursor in a central position
➢
Max 3 spots, which can be freely placed onto the image
➢ 2 cursors for the detection of “hot” and “cold” spots of the image
➢
Max 3 dynamic measuring areas
➢
Max 2 dynamic horizontal and vertical lines
➢
Face mode to detect face temperature
1. Touch the screen to enter the main menu

Touch the icon “ ” to enter the “Measurement” menu. The following screen appears
on the display:

3. The following functions can be mutually used (each one excludes the other):
Central spot
➢ Touch the icon “ ” to activate the cursor in
a fixed central position on the display.
➢
The temperature associated with the central
cursor is shown in the top left-hand part of
the display.
➢ Touch the icon “ ” to remove the central
cursor.
3 mobile cursors
➢
Touch the icon “ ” to activate the mobile
cursor P1 which can be freely dragged on
the display. Touch the icon repeatedly to
activate the other mobile cursors indicated
as P2 and P3.
➢
The temperatures associated with the
mobile cursors is shown in the top left-hand
part of the display.
➢ Touch the icon “ ” to remove the cursors.
