Precautions
1)
Be sure to use the specified battery and p
ower source
provided by our
company.
Connection to an
improper power source may caus
e fire,
explosion or damage to the printer.
2)
Don’t put the battery into fire or water, don’t disassemble
or
mod
ify the
battery,
don’t b
e short cir
cuit,
otherwise may
result in injury or fire or even
explosion.
3) If the
printer would n
ot
be used for a long time, be s
ure to t
ake off the
battery, otherwise the batte
ry may leak
liquid which is corrosive, if
improper op
eration c
auses
battery
leak
, and the liquid is spattered on
the skin o
r clothes, please wash it with water, if spattered into the eyes,
please
rinse them with water thorou
ghly and see a doctor.
4) Please do not open the paper ca
se cover when it is
printi
n
g
or just when
printing is over, d
o not touch the print
head
with
hand or body, overheat
may cause scald.
1) Water or other liquid should not sp
ill into the pri
nter, als
o
the printer should
not
be expose to the
rain
, or e
lse may ca
use printer damage.
2)
Please do not open the paper case cover when it
is
printing,
otherwise the
printer may work improperly.
3) If print with seri
al interface, should not unplug th
e interface
cable in the
course of pr
inting,
or else some prin
ting data may be lost.
4) When print in Ir or IrDA m
ode, b
e sure the I
r wind
ow of the host
equipment face rightly
t
he Ir wind
ow of the printer
, t
he
distance should
be withi
n the
range
of 50cm
,
an
d the angle should be within the range of
30 .
5) When print with Blueto
oth interface,
the co
mmunication
distance
should be
within
10 m eters, otherwise the prin
ter
doesn’t print or prints
rubbish codes.
6) Too
high ( 40
℃
) or too low
(
0
℃
) temperature
and too hig
h
(
85%) or too low
(20%) relative humidity both effect the print quality.
7) The print paper in poor quality or st
ored f
or too
long time
also may
reduce the print quality even damage the printer.
8)
In the black mark detecting mode, the
printer requires that the
p
reprinted bl
ack mark is ac
corda
nt with the
blac
k
mark specifications
(details
please refer to 4
.2),
otherwise
the black mark can not be detected
correctly.
9) Be sure to use up the pow
er of the battery bef
ore ch
arge it, as it can ensure
the using life of the battery.
3.Storage Precautions
1)
The printer should be placed in such an environ
ment that the
temperature is
bet
ween -20
℃
and 7
0
℃
,
an
d the
rela
tive humidity is
between 5% and 95%.
2) If the printer wil
l be
store
d for
a lo
ng time, pleas b
e sure to take out the
battery, otherwise may damage the battery and printer.
3) Normal therma
l paper can’t b
e kept too lo
ng, if you need
to keep the receipt
for a lon
g p
eri
od,
please choose lon
g term effe
c
ti
ve thermal paper.
4) The p
rint paper should b
e keep away from
hig
h temperature environment
and point-blank sunshine.
4.Battery Safety Precautions
Be sure to read
the user manual carefully
before using the product.
Igno
re the
following ins
tr
uctions
may cause
battery overheating, fire,
explosion, damage and/or performance, and reduced product life.
1) Do not allo
w water, sea wa
ter from e
ntering or
leakin
g
into the
battery. If the batter
ies in
ternal safety devic
e
burn,
when charging it, it
may produce abnormal
current
and/or
voltage,
or abnorm
al chemical
reaction when charging it,
then may cause t
he battery overheating, fire
and / or
explosion.
2) Do not use or place t
he batter
y nea
rby the
stove or other
high
temperature places. Excessive heat
maybe damage the resin shell and/o
r
the
insulation mat
erials
, there by
cause short-c
ircuit inside the
battery, t
hen the
battery
ma
y be
overheated,
burning and/or
explosion.
3)
When charging, use a specified charg
er. Oth
er conditions (
h
igh
temp
erature, high pressure/hig
h c
urrent,
using
the mo
dified
battery charger, etc.) excluded here may r
esult in
overcharging the battery
and abnormal current and/or voltage, cause abnormal che
mical rea
ction ,
and m
ay caus
e the battery overheat, lightand/or explosion.
4) Battery clearly marks with positive and negative.
When connect the
batte
ry with the c
harger and/or printer, b
e sure to
verify the correct battery
orientation. Reverse insertion
will cause the reve
rse charging and may cause
a
bnorma
l chemical r
eactio
n
,
and then may cause the batter
y
overheat, ignite, and
/
or explosion.
5) Do n
ot make the battery contact w
ith the power outlet
and/
or car
cigarette
lighter socket.This may cause high
pressure
and
excessive current
,
a
nd
le
ad
to the
batte
ry
overheat,
burning and/or explosion.
6) Do not heat the battery or put the
battery into fir
e. This may melt
insulation material and/or damage
safety
devices
or safety equipm
ent,
then
ignite electrolytic solutio
n
,
an
d c
ause
the battery overheat,
burning and/or explosion.
7) Do not use the battery with contrary (+) and (-) location.
In the ch
arging
process
,
this will cause the reverse
charging and m
ay cause
abnormal
chemical
reaction. During
use,
may
appear unpredictable current
exception, and cause
the
battery overheat, ignite, and/or
explosion.
8) Do not make the
battery (+) and (-)
contact with any metal.
Also, do not
carry along or store
batteries with me
tal
objects, such as necklaces, hair
clips and so on.
Battery internal short
circuit may cause excessive curren
t,
and lead to the
batter
y
overheat, ignite,
a
nd/or
explosion and the adjacent
metal objects
(necklaces, hairpins, etc.) may be overheating.
9) Do not throw or
attack the batt
ery heavily. If internal safety
devi
ce of the
batteries burn,
the battery charging may
cause
any abnormal current and/
or voltage, and abnorm
al chemical reac
tion,
a
nd
lead to t
he
batter
y
overhe
at, ignite, and/or
explosion.
