Manual activation of an appliance

The 

Activate

 option is available in the maintenance console main menu when user intervention is required to manually

designate a new active appliance. User intervention is required in a situation when the communication between active and
standby appliances in an Image Streamer appliance pair is broken and the standby appliance is unable to confirm whether
the active appliance is available.
