state (local user view)
Use
state
to set the status of a local user.
Use
undo state
to restore the default.

A local user is in active state.

active
: Places the local user in active state to allow the local user to request network services.
block
: Places the local user in blocked state to prevent the local user from requesting network
services.
Usage guidelines
By blocking a user, you disable the user from requesting network services. No other users are
affected.
