Part replacement procedures

P05957-002

7. Push down on the DIMM until it locks in place.

8. Install the rear top cover.

9. Connect power to the system.

10. Power up the system.

4.4.11 Power supply replacement

To replace a power supply:

1. Disconnect the power cord from site power.

2. Disconnect the power cord from the power supply.

3. Grasp the power supply handle.

4. Push the power supply release lever towards the power supply handle.

5. Slide the power supply out of the chassis.

6. Insert the replacement power supply into the power supply slot.

7. Slide the power supply into the slot until the power supply locks in place.

8. Connect the power cord to the power supply.

9. Connect the power cord to site power.
