10.9.4 Option dd

Combination filter maintenance

To ensure proper functioning of the filter combination, you must complete the "Drain condensate"

maintenance task on a daily basis, see Fig. 58.

Overview:
■ Drain condensate
■ Changing the filter element

Precondition The machine is switched off.

The machine is standing level.
The machine is fully vented, the pressure gauge reads 0 bar.
All compressed air consumers are disconnected and the air outlet valves are open.

WARNING

Danger of injury from compressed air!

Filter combination is pressurised during operation. Serious injury can result from loosening

or opening components under pressure.
➤ Wait until the machine has automatically vented (check: pressure gauge reads 0 bar!
➤ De-pressurise the combination filter.

➤ Open the canopy.
