Recommended action
•
(1) Perform the following using Storage Management Software:
1) Confirm the IP address of the disk array system, and set the IP address of a proper
disk array system to the setup file (See Subsection 3.2.1).

2) When you use the Account Authentication function, confirm that Storage Administrator
(View and Modify) authority is assigned to a user account, and assign it if not.

3) Confirm the valid/invalid setting of the Password Protection function. If it is valid,
change it to invalid.

(2) Confirm that the LAN cables are connected properly.

installation folder of VSS Provider.
