Remove the sensor board (2).

Reverse this procedure to install the sensor board.

Connector board cables

To remove the connector board cables, use this procedure and illustration.

NOTE:

The connector board cables are included in the Cable Kit, spare part number N02955-001.

Before removing the connector board cables, follow these steps:

1.

Prepare the computer for disassembly (see 

Preparation for disassembly on page 31

).

2.

Remove the bottom cover (see 

Battery on page 33

).

3.

Disconnect the battery cable from the system board (see 

Battery on page 33

).

Remove the connector board cables:

1.

Release the ZIF connectors (1) to which the connector board cables are connected, and then disconnect the 

connector board cables from the system board.

2.

Release the ZIF connectors (2) to which the connector board cables are connected, and then disconnect the 

connector board cables from the connector board.
