Repositories
vRanger uses a Repository to store backup Savepoints. A best practice is to create the Repository on a
StoreOnce Backup System CIFS Share. The Repository is organized using a human readable directory structure
with three files for each Savepoint (see Figure 8). The format of the files for each backup job is:
