Disconnect the drive 2 SATA-power Y-cable:

a.

If the drive 2 SATA connector is still connected, press and hold the release button, and then disconnect
it from the system board.

b.

Remove the drive 2 power cable clip screw, and then remove the clip.

c.

Disconnect the drive 2 power connector.

Prerequisites

Before you perform this procedure, make sure that you have a T-15 Torx screwdriver available.

Procedure

1.

Disconnect the drive 1 SATA-power Y-cable:

a.

If the drive 1 SATA connector is still connected, press and hold the release button, and then disconnect
it from the system board.

b.

Remove the drive 1 power cable clip screw, and then remove the clip.

c.

Disconnect the drive 1 power connector.
