Removal and Replacement Procedures

Removing an Expansion Slot Retainer

To remove an expansion slot retainer:

1. Complete the preparation procedures. Refer to “Preparation Procedures” in this chapter.

2. Remove the access panel. Refer to “Access Panel” in this chapter.

3. Release the expansion board retainer by loosening the screw (1) and pivoting the retainer

back towards the front of the chassis (2).
