Guide
Connecting to the GbE2 Interconnect Switch
You can access the command line interface in one of the following ways:
Using a console connection via the console port
Using a Telnet connection over the network
Using a Secure Shell (SSH) connection to securely log in over a network
Establishing a Console Connection
To establish a console connection with the GbE2 Interconnect Switch, you need:
A null modem cable with a female DB-9 connector (Refer to the

for more information.)
An ASCII terminal or a computer running terminal emulation software set to the
parameters shown in the table below
