Fan duct

The fan duct sits between the fan sink and rear of the computer.

Prepare the computer for disassembly (

Preparation for disassembly on page 20

Remove the access panel (

Drive cage on page 25

Remove the power cable from the clips at the top of the duct (1).

Pull the tabs away from each other (2), and then lift the fan duct out of the computer (3).

To install the fan duct, reverse the removal procedures.
